Chinese Performing Art Group Established & Member Recruiting
What is C-PAG
C-PAG or Chinese Performing Art Group, expanded from the Department of Art and Culture @ VT-ACSS, is a newly established international student organization (registered in November 2008), specialized in promoting and spreading Chinese art and culture.
Scopes & Activities
1. Under a seamless cooperation with ACSS, C-PAG is responsible for organizing and optimizing the art performances in traditional Chinese ceremonious events (i.e.: Spring Festival and Mid-Autumn Festival celebrations), as well as the less formal music salons and social parties.
2. C-PAG provides a unique platform for the art folks in the Chinese community to meet each other, form performing groups, exhibit and further develop their art talents.
3. C-PAG facilitates intramural and intercollegiate art & culture exchange, helps promoting the influence of the Chinese community.

Chamber Music Team
C-PAG Chamber Orchestra performs a variety of styles of music rather than just classical music. We also have the responsibility to support other C-PAG teams whenever needed. Recruitment Assemblies for those who can play the following instruments:
String (5-10 persons): 1.Violin, 2.Viola, 3.Cello, 4.Double Bass, 5.Piano, 6.Acoustic guitar,
Brass (1-4 persons): 1.Trumpet, 2.French horn, 3.Trombone, 4.Saxhorn

C-PAG Multimedia Studio takes the responsibility to give the technical support to all C-PAG activities, i.e.: photographing, video recording, video editing and media material collection; if needed also can support live streaming for Mid Autumn and Spring Festival events.
